I am wife, and mother of 4 children.
I started attending the births of friends in 1998, and found that I loved being with families during child birth, as well as helping them with breastfeeding.
I am a CAPPA trained Labour Doula, Lactation Educator, Childbirth Educator and a Post Partum Doula, as well as a Babywearing Instructor and Babycarrier Manufacturer. I continue to attend seminars workshops and conferences on breastfeeding and babywearing.I work with both obstetricians and midwives.
I have taken several short courses on herbs and homeopathy, as well as massage reflexology techniques that offer comfort measures.
I also love teaching families how to do meal prep with healthy foods and helping people learn about health and wellness using doTERRA supplements and oils and Monat total hair face and body system.
My services are available to families in the greater Windsor Essex County area. (I will travel to Amhurstburg and Leamington.)
